Starbridge is seeking an AI Engineer to build and scale AI-powered features, including deep document analysis and interactive chat experiences. You’ll work with OpenAI, Anthropic, and Gemini models, shaping how generative AI is leveraged across our platform.

You will collaborate with engineering and product teams to design new AI capabilities, emphasizing reliable, high-performing systems and production readiness in a fast-growing startup environment.

Formación

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Mathematics, or related field, or equivalent experience.
• Experience in startup or small company with engineering impact.
• 5+ years of professional software engineering and AI/ML development, including production software (Python) and systems design.

Responsabilidades

• Collaborate to productize new AI-powered capabilities (e.g., AI proposal writing & search experiences).
• Evaluate and monitor AI models and systems with rigorous testing and experimentation.
• Stay updated with AI/ML advancements and propose improvements to generative AI capabilities.
• Implement strong testing and CI/CD practices for reliable AI system development.
