Coderio is seeking a Senior AI Engineer to join the AI Engineering Core. You will design, build, and operate reusable AI capabilities, LLM gateways, model routing, evaluation frameworks, and guardrails across the organization.

This is a hands‑on role at the intersection of backend engineering, cloud platforms, and applied AI, delivering production‑grade AI workflows. You will work with LangGraph, MCP, and observability tools to ensure safe, observable deployment.

Formación

• 5+ years delivering and operating production‑grade systems in Software, AI, or ML Engineering.
• Advanced hands‑on proficiency in Python, RESTful/async APIs, microservices and cloud services (AWS or GCP).
• Proven experience building reliable applications using LLMs, RAG pipelines, agent orchestration (LangGraph, CrewAI), and MCP.
• Hands‑on experience with LLM proxies/gateways, model routing, evaluation harnesses, and AI observability tools (LangSmith, Datadog, Logfire).
• Ability to make sound architectural decisions balancing quality, latency, reliability, security, privacy, scalability, and cost.
• Advanced English proficiency (mandatory) with clear communication skills.

Responsabilidades

• Design, implement, and operate production‑grade, reusable AI capabilities and services adopted by multiple teams.
• Build and evolve LLM gateways, proxies, model routing mechanisms, prompt strategies, and agentic workflows.
• Design evaluation frameworks, guardrails, and observability pipelines to measure task success, latency, security, and token costs.
• Define standards for production AI adoption, including automated testing, versioning, context segregation, and incident response.
• Own end‑to‑end delivery—from problem framing to deployment and monitoring.
• Identify high‑impact opportunities to automate internal tools and boost developer velocity.
