Qualifikationen

• Must have 5+ years in software engineering with at least 1-2 years building and deploying production-grade AI/ML apps focused on LLMs.
• Expertise in Python and core LLM APIs/frameworks (OpenAI SDK, Google AI SDK, CrewAI, LangChain, LlamaIndex).
• Experience implementing agentic workflows, including RAG architectures, vector databases, and state/memory management.
• Strong understanding of software development best practices, version control (Git/GitHub), and CI/CD pipelines.
• Ability to translate high-level business goals into clean, maintainable code.

• Design, build, test, and deploy robust AI agents and workflows.
• Connect AI agents with diverse data sources and external APIs for end-to-end workflows.
• Design evaluation pipelines for LLM-powered agents, focusing on accuracy, speed and cost.
