dsm-firmenich is seeking a Capacity Planner in Argentina. You will drive end-to-end capacity and production planning, balancing demand, capacity, materials, and customer requirements. Collaborate with Manufacturing, Material Planning and Customer Service to resolve constraints and maintain service levels.

You will also support planning activities across other markets and contribute to smarter, more agile planning processes in a fast-paced environment.

Formación

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Engineering, Logistics, Economics or related fields.
• Advanced English proficiency for global stakeholder communication.
• Experience with SAP and MRP systems.

Responsabilidades

• Review new customer orders and assess impact on production capacity and planning priorities.
• Develop and maintain production plans based on demand, capacity, materials and delivery needs.
• Partner with Manufacturing to monitor plan execution and adjust priorities.
• Collaborate with Material Planning and Logistics to manage material availability and risks.
• Identify alternatives to minimize impact on production and deliveries.
• Review material forecasts to align demand with supply.
• Participate in cross-functional planning meetings to drive improvements.
