dsm-firmenich in Don Torcuato, Argentina, is seeking a Capacity Planner to drive end-to-end capacity and production planning. You will balance demand, capacity, materials, and customer requirements while collaborating with Manufacturing, Material Planning and Customer Service.

The role also offers the opportunity to support planning across other markets, including Brazil and Colombia, and to help shape smarter, more agile planning processes in a fast-paced environment.

Formación

• Bachelor's degree in a related field is required.
• Advanced English proficiency for global communication.
• Experience with SAP and MRP systems is required.
• Proficient in Excel and MS Office.
• Kinaxis knowledge is a plus.

Responsabilidades

• Review new customer orders and assess impact on capacity and planning priorities.
• Develop and maintain production plans based on demand, capacity, materials and delivery requirements.
• Monitor production plan execution with Manufacturing and adjust priorities as needed.
• Collaborate with Material Planning and Logistics to mitigate supply risks.
• Identify alternative materials or solutions to minimize impact on production and deliveries.
• Participate in cross-functional planning to drive improvements.
