Allata is a global consulting and technology services firm seeking a Data Architect to lead data architecture transformations across cloud platforms and data solutions for major clients. You will design scalable data models, implement ETL/ELT pipelines, and oversee end-to-end delivery with client teams and stakeholders.

You will work on modern data landscapes, including Lakehouse architectures, Delta Lake, and diverse data integration tools, while ensuring quality, security, and governance.

Formación

• Must have advanced or expert-level experience with Databricks (Delta Lake, Lakehouse).
• Strong SQL and dimensional modeling (Star/Snowflake).
• Experience designing and implementing ETL/ELT pipelines and data integration solutions.
• Experience with Apache Spark / PySpark and large-scale data processing.
• Experience with at least one major cloud platform (AWS/Azure/GCP).
• Experience with data migration and modernization projects on Databricks or similar.
• Experience with data integration/transformation tools (dbt, Fivetran, ADF, Glue, Matillion).
• Familiarity with DataOps, CI/CD, IaC and automation for data platforms.
• Familiarity with Agile/Scrum methodologies.

Responsabilidades

• Lead data architecture transformations and migrations to modern cloud solutions.
• Design and implement Virtual Cloud solutions including networks and subnets.
• Create scalable ETL/ELT pipelines for data processing and integration.
• Model data architectures for Data Lakes, Lakehouses, and dimensional schemas.
• Manage data projects end-to-end and guide outcomes.
• Lead cross-functional teams and provide technical guidance.
• Engage with clients to understand business goals and deliver tailored solutions.
• Ensure quality, performance, cost-effectiveness, and access policy controls.
