Webflow is seeking a Senior Agentic Engineer to join their remote-first team in Argentina. This role entails building AI-powered automation tools, improving operational efficiencies, and collaborating with engineering, product, and design teams. Candidates should have a BA/BS degree and 4-6+ years of automation engineering experience with expertise in APIs and LLMs. This position offers a full-time contract with various benefits, including health coverage and a flexible vacation policy.

Formación

• 4-6+ years of experience in automation engineering, internal tooling, or a technical program/operations role.
• Deep understanding of LLMs, APIs, and automation patterns.
• Experience turning operational problems into reliable software and workflows.

Responsabilidades

• Design, build, and ship AI-powered agents and workflows.
• Maintain a library of reusable AI skills and agents.
• Phase between operational pain points and AI-backed automations.
• Own the full build cycle from API prototyping to deployment.
• Document workflows for technical and non-technical users.
• Conduct applied AI experiments to solve operational challenges.
• Implement responsible AI practices within operations.
