Bluelight Consulting is seeking an experienced Project Manager to drive software development initiatives across a fast-paced environment. You will oversee planning, execution, and delivery, coordinating with clients, vendors, and cross-functional teams to ensure value-driven outcomes.

The role requires strong skills in risk management, stakeholder communication, and governance, with a track record of delivering on tight deadlines while maintaining quality.

Formación

• 5+ years in software development project management
• Experience delivering under fixed external deadlines with critical-path and buffers
• Experience managing client dependency registers with ownership and escalation paths
• Experience with formal risk registers and change-control processes
• Experience managing scope, budget, resourcing, and timelines across multiple workstreams
• Experience coordinating third-party vendor dependencies and integration timelines
• Experience leading Agile/Scrum or Kanban teams
• Experience with milestone/gate-based acceptance criteria and client-facing status reporting
• Experience with project management tools (Jira, Asana or similar)
• Strong stakeholder management and translating technical concepts for non-technical clients

Responsabilidades

• Lead and oversee software development projects from planning to delivery
• Manage risk, change control, scope, budget, and timelines across multiple workstreams
• Coordinate with clients, vendors, and internal teams to ensure on-time delivery
• Provide regular status reports and governance updates to stakeholders
• Ensure adherence to milestones, gates, and acceptance criteria
• Facilitate Agile ceremonies and optimize team performance
