EBANX’s accounting team is seeking a Senior Accounting Specialist to ensure the accuracy and integrity of financial information that informs strategic decisions. You will own complex topics, support audits, and drive improvements in processes and controls.

This high-impact role requires technical accounting knowledge, analytical thinking, and cross‑functional collaboration with Tax, FP&A, Treasury, and Operations to align practices with business strategy.

Formación

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
• 5–8+ years of experience in accounting roles.
• Strong IFRS knowledge and audit exposure.
• Experience in multinational environments.
• Advanced Excel and ERP knowledge (SAP, Oracle, NetSuite).
• Strong analytical and problem‑solving skills.
• High ownership and accountability; able to influence stakeholders.
• Excellent communication skills.

Responsabilidades

• Lead complex accounting activities including reconciliations, estimates, and analyses.
• Own month-end and year-end closing processes with quality and timeliness.
• Review and validate others’ work when applicable.
• Serve as a key topic contact for accounting across regions and entities.
• Prepare and analyze financial statements with accuracy and insights.
• Support and lead audits with auditors.
