BRESH, a Latin entertainment company based in Argentina, is seeking a Senior Accounting Specialist to own the monthly close, reporting, and treasury across multiple entities and currencies. You will report to the Controller and shape how we manage cash, comply with USGAAP, and improve accounting processes in a fast-growing environment.

• Minimum 4 years of accounting and treasury experience.
• Strong command of US GAAP and cash flow management.
• Experience with multinational entities and multiple currencies.
• Familiarity with NetSuite or similar ERP systems.
• Advanced Excel/Google Sheets skills.
• Proficiency in spoken and written English.

We're looking for a highly analytical Senior Accounting Specialist to join our growing finance team at BRESH. This is a hands-on role for someone who wants real ownership from day one: you'll be the go-to expert behind our monthly accounting close and reporting, while also driving a major focus area of the role — treasury and cash management — across multiple entities and currencies. Reporting directly to the Controller, you'll help build the financial backbone of a fast-growing, multi-country entertainment company, with real visibility into how the business runs and real room to shape how we do things going forward. This is an ideal role for someone with strong accounting and treasury experience, a solid grasp of USGAAP, and the drive to grow inside a fast-paced entertainment environment.

WHAT YOU'LL DO

• General Accounting – Take an active role in the monthly accounting close process, including preparing journal entries, account reconciliations, and reviewing accounting transactions. Support the quarterly consolidation of financial statements.
• Treasury & Cash Flow (major focus area of this role) – Build and maintain the weekly, monthly, and projected cash flow across multiple entities, monitoring the cash position and anticipating funding needs. Prepare and execute payments.
• Transactions, Corporate Compliance & Tax Follow-up – Record and review capital contributions, intercompany transactions, and allocations, ensuring accuracy and compliance with financial policies. Track corporate/tax compliance (corporate books, IGJ filings, tax filings, meeting minutes).
• Policy & Controls – Collaborate on the design and implementation of policies, procedures, and controls to strengthen accounting, financial, and audit processes.
• Financial & Tax Efficiency – Continuously look for improvements in cash monitoring, funding needs, and liquidity placement.
• Reporting & Analysis – Prepare accurate financial reports and ad-hoc analysis for the Controller and other leaders, contributing to profitability analysis and improvement opportunities.
• Audit Support – Partner with the audit team on the preparation of annual external audits and support compliance with standards and regulations.

WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR

• Technical Excellence – At least 4 years of experience in accounting and treasury, ideally in a multinational environment managing multiple entities and currencies. Strong command of USGAAP, hands-on cash flow management experience, and experience preparing and analyzing financial statements.
• ERP Proficiency – Familiarity with NetSuite or other ERP systems; comfortable using technology to streamline accounting processes.
• Advanced Spreadsheet Skills – Strong command of Excel and Google Sheets, with the ability to handle data analysis and financial modeling efficiently.
• AI-forward mindset – Interest in and experience applying AI tools (AI-powered Excel/Sheets, ChatGPT/Claude, automations) to streamline accounting, treasury, and reporting processes, cutting down manual work and improving team efficiency.
• Results & detail orientation – Ability to prioritize and manage multiple responsibilities with precision.
• Adaptability – Comfortable adjusting to changing priorities in a fast-moving environment.
• Proficiency in spoken and written English is required.
