ChampionX, now part of SLB, seeks a Senior Accounting Analyst I in Buenos Aires to join a global technology company driving energy innovation. You will support the general ledger, assist with financial reporting, and participate in month-end close processes within a hybrid work arrangement.

Responsabilidades

• Support day-to-day maintenance of a complete general ledger
• Assist in preparing basic financial reports and supporting documentation
• Participate in month-end closing activities, including journal entries and reconciliations
• Review and validate financial information for accuracy and policy compliance
• Identify discrepancies and elevate issues to appropriate stakeholders
• Provide financial information and analysis to internal stakeholders as required
• Support internal controls and general accounting procedures

What You Will Do:

• Support the day-to-day maintenance of an accurate and complete general ledger
• Assist in preparing basic financial reports and supporting documentation
• Participate in month-end closing activities, including journal entries and account reconciliations
• Review and validate financial information to ensure accuracy and compliance with company policies
• Identify, report, and elevate discrepancies or inconsistencies in financial data
• Support internal stakeholders with financial information and analysis as required
• Ensure compliance with internal controls, accounting standards, and financial procedures
• Contribute to process improvement initiatives within the accounting function

Minimum Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field
• 3-5 year of relevant experience in accounting or finance roles
• Knowledge of accounting principles and financial reporting
• Strong attention to detail and analytical skills
• Basic computer skills, including Excel and data entry
• Ability to work under immediate supervision in a structured environment

Preferred Qualifications:

• -Previous experience in accounting or finance operations
• Familiarity with ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle, or similar)
• Basic understanding of general ledger and financial close processes
• Strong communication and teamwork skills
