ChampionX, now part of SLB, is seeking a Manufacturing & Supply Chain Support Analyst in Buenos Aires. You will support monthly and annual financial reporting for manufacturing and supply chain operations and help create dashboards and performance metrics.

The role emphasizes collaboration with global teams, data analysis, cost reduction initiatives, and process improvements, with a hybrid work arrangement in a multinational setting.

Formación

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, Engineering, or related field.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Advanced Excel skills and ability to work with large data sets.
• Ability to analyze financial and operational information and communicate findings effectively.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to accuracy.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.

Responsabilidades

• Support monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reporting activities for manufacturing and supply chain operations
• Prepare and maintain reports, dashboards, and performance metrics to support business decision making
• Analyze financial and operational results, identifying trends, variances, and improvement opportunities
• Support inventory, material usage, and cost analysis activities
• Assist with financial modeling, forecasting, and cost reduction initiatives
• Collaborate with finance and operations stakeholders to provide timely and accurate business insights
• Support process standardization, documentation, and continuous improvement initiatives
• Ensure compliance with internal controls, reporting standards, and company policies
• Participate in special projects related to manufacturing, logistics, and supply chain operations

Minimum Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, Engineering, or related field

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience in manufacturing, supply chain, operations finance, or cost accounting environments
• Experience supporting financial reporting, budgeting, forecasting, or business analysis activities
• Familiarity with ERP systems such as SAP, Oracle, JDE, or similar platforms
• Exposure to multinational organizations and shared services environments
• Strong communication and teamwork skills
