The role emphasizes Agile execution, stakeholder communication, and mentoring junior managers in a globally distributed, 100% remote environment with high standards and strong growth opportunities.

Competenze

• 3+ years of experience in project management, specifically in software development.
• Proven experience delivering software projects on time and within budget.
• Experience with risk management and change management in projects.
• Advanced knowledge of Agile methodologies and the ability to apply them effectively.
