ELEKS is seeking a Security Test Manager to lead testing efforts for a large healthcare insurance migration program, moving enterprise applications to Microsoft Edge across production and non-production environments.

You will design test strategies, coordinate multiple teams, and oversee functional and regression testing, risk management, and sign-off processes in an Agile setting. The role emphasizes strong communication with stakeholders and a security-conscious mindset.

Formación

• 6+ years of experience in software testing and quality engineering
• Proven experience as a Test Manager, QA Lead, or similar leadership role
• Strong experience developing test strategies for complex enterprise programs
• Solid background in test automation and automation frameworks
• Experience coordinating multiple teams and managing testing activities across large initiatives
• Strong communication, stakeholder management, and facilitation skills
• Experience managing testing schedules, risks, defects, and escalations
• Experience with functional and regression testing methodologies
• Familiarity with test planning, estimation, and impact analysis practices
• Experience working in Agile environments

Responsabilidades

• Conduct impact analysis and effort estimation for new testing demands and migration activities
• Coordinate testing dependencies, timelines, and deliverables across multiple teams
• Lead and monitor test analysis, design, implementation, and execution activities
• Manage functional and regression testing, verification, sign-off, and defect management processes
• Coordinate aggregated test results with project and program managers
• Serve as the escalation point for testing-related issues and risks
• Facilitate cross-functional meetings and communicate migration impacts effectively to project stakeholders
• Build and maintain testing schedules and ensure timely delivery of testing activities
• Collaborate with security, infrastructure, and application teams throughout the migration lifecycle

Our customer is among the top 5 health insurance companies in the US. The company serves over 15 million members across five states and employs over 20,000 people.

We are looking for a Security Test Manager to join a large-scale healthcare insurance program focused on migrating enterprise applications to Microsoft Edge across non-production and production environments.

REQUIREMENTS

• 6+ years of experience in software testing and quality engineering
• Proven experience as a Test Manager, QA Lead, or similar leadership role
• Strong experience developing test strategies for complex enterprise programs
• Solid background in test automation and automation frameworks
• Experience coordinating multiple teams and managing testing activities across large initiatives
• Strong communication, stakeholder management, and facilitation skills

NICE TO HAVE

• Experience working in security-conscious or regulated environments
• Healthcare domain experience is a plus
