A local educational institution in Buenos Aires is seeking an EOE Coordinator to manage student support services within the school. The ideal candidate will hold a degree in Psychology or Educational Psychology and have experience in team coordination and program implementation. An advanced level of English is required. The EOE Coordinator (Equipo de Orientación Escolar) supports the EOE Head by managing the day-to-day operations of the EOE Team within their designated section (Kinder, Primary or Secondary). The job ensures that student support services are effectively delivered, staff are guided and trained, and communication flows seamlessly between the EOE team and school leadership.

This is a full time job based on our Secondary team at our North Campus (St George´s College North)

We are seeking a professional in Psychology or Educational Psychology, with a valid degree and proven experience working with students, teachers, and the broader school community. The ability to build strong relationships and actively collaborate within the educational environment is essential.

Experience in team coordination, leadership, and professional guidance is required. Candidates with proven experience in the implementation of Comprehensive Sexual Education (ESI) and Social and Emotional Learning (SEL) programs will be highly valued.

An advanced level of English (oral and written) is mandatory for this role.

Strategic thinking, problem-solving skills, empathy, and sensitivity are essential to understanding students’ needs and creating a supportive environment.
