Satellogic is seeking a telecommunication engineer to develop and operate software tools ensuring efficient daily operations and anomaly detection within the data transfer ground segment.

You will report anomalies, automate detection, and collaborate with MO/DTC teams to keep satellites healthy and data flowing on time to downstream pipelines. Hybrid work from ARG/ESP locations is available.

Formación

• Degree in telecommunications engineering or equivalent field.
• 2-year experience in communication systems is highly desirable.
• 2-year experience in programming: C/C++, Python, Bash and Git (GitLab preferably).
• Familiarity with Linux, Docker and networking.

Responsabilidades

• Oversee day-to-day operation of the data transfer and ground segment systems and report on KPIs.
• Maintain 24/7 uptime through an on-call program.
• Communicate between satellite and ground stations.
• Design and maintain improvements to the operations tech stack.
