AgileEngine, LLC is seeking an IT Infrastructure/Systems Engineer in Mendoza, Argentina to design, build, and support corporate networks, servers, and storage across on-premise and cloud environments.

You will implement secure, observable solutions, provide technical leadership, and coordinate projects across teams. The role requires extensive experience with Windows Server and AD, cloud platforms, and global operations, with flexible hours for after-hours work.

Formación

• 6+ years hands-on engineering experience with enterprise networks, servers and storage.
• Hands-on with Palo Alto, Cisco, and Juniper equipment and software.
• Experience deploying and administering firewalls, switches and wireless infrastructure.
• Extensive knowledge of Microsoft Server OS & Active Directory.
• Cloud experience with AWS and Azure (cloud-first approach).
• Experience in a SOX regulated company.
• Experience with disaster recovery and business continuity.
• Experience with Office 365 Mail, Teams, SharePoint and OneDrive.
• Experience with patch deployment.
• Ability to work independently and communicate clearly.

ABOUT THE ROLE

We are looking for an IT Infrastructure/Systems Engineer to design, build, and support corporate networks, servers, and storage across on-premise and cloud environments.

MUST HAVES

• 6+ years of hands‑on engineering experience with enterprise local and wide area networks, servers and storage systems.
• Network Equipment Experience: hands‑on experience with Palo Alto, Cisco, and Juniper equipment and software.
• Strong experience deploying and administering firewalls, switches and wireless infrastructure (Physical and Virtual).
• Extensive knowledge and hands‑on experience with Microsoft Server operating Systems & Active Directory.
• Strong experience with cloud compute and storage (AWS and Azure) with cloud first approach.
• Experience working in a SOX regulated company a must.
• Previous experience developing disaster recovery and business continuity solutions.
• Experience with Microsoft collaboration suite (Office 365 Mail, Teams, SharePoint, OneDrive).
• Experience with patch deployment required.
• Self‑sufficient, self‑managed, self‑motivated, must be effective working independently.
• A service‑oriented mindset with a focus on creating value for our internal customers and business partners.

• Minimum AA degree in Information Systems, related field, or equivalent experience.
• AWS/Azure Certifications a plus.

• Previous experience in healthcare, life-science, pharma or bio company a plus.
