SAP in Buenos Aires is offering an SAP Intern - Intelligent Contracting Automation in a hybrid, part-time program. You will contribute to template automation, contract requests, and digital content management, while learning from professionals across business, legal, and IT teams.

The internship starts January 4 for at least 6 months, with opportunities to extend based on performance. You will build practical skills in ERP tools, AI-enabled workflows, and global contracting processes.

Formación

• Current student enrolled in Business, Legal, Information Technology, or related fields.
• Proficiency in MS Office; SAP ERP knowledge is a plus.
• English proficiency required; other languages a plus.

Responsabilidades

• Monitor the template upload pipeline in our template management tool.
• Track and manage upload requests through our template management tool and JIRA.
• Upload documents to the SAP Agreements Website using our content management tool.
• Ensure exemplary document quality control for each upload.
• Help with end user support in case of issues with published templates.
• Contribute to making our tools and solutions more scalable and AI-based.
