Job summary

SAP Intern - Intelligent Contracting Automation is based in Buenos Aires and offers a hybrid, part-time internship starting January 4 for at least 6 months. You will join the Intelligent Contracting Automation team within Corporate Processes & IT and work on template management, document uploads, and automation initiatives.

The role suits students in business, legal, or IT with a strong affinity for technology and commercial processes.

Qualifications

Education: Current student in Business, Legal, Information Technology, or related fields.
English proficiency required; knowledge of other languages is a plus.
Technical skills: MS Office (Word, Excel) required; familiarity with SAP ERP or Adobe Experience Manager is a plus.

Responsibilities

Monitor the template upload pipeline in our template management tool.
Track and manage upload requests through our template management tool and JIRA.
Upload documents to the SAP Agreements Website using our content management tool.
Ensure exemplary document quality control for each upload.
Help with end user support in case of issues with published templates.
Contribute to making our tools and solutions more scalable and AI-based.
