Job summary

SAP Intern - Intelligent Contracting Automation in Buenos Aires is a part-time, hybrid role starting January 4 for at least 6 months. You will assist with template management, document uploads to the SAP Agreements Website, and ensure high-quality templates while collaborating with business, legal, and IT teams.

Ideal candidates are current students in business, legal, or IT fields, with proficiency in MS Office and English.

Qualifications

Education: Current student enrolled in Business, Legal, Information Technology, or related fields (or similar background with an interest in these areas).
Technical Skills: Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel); SAP ERP, Adobe Experience Manager or advanced Excel is a solid advantage.
Language Skills: Proficient in English (required); knowledge of other languages is a plus.
Soft Skills: Good attention to detail, a collaborative mindset, and the ability to work independently.

Responsibilities

Monitor the template upload pipeline in our template management tool.
Track and manage upload requests through our template management tool and JIRA.
Upload documents to the SAP Agreements Website using our content management tool.
Ensure exemplary document quality control for each upload.
Help with end user support in case of issues with published templates.
Contribute to making our tools and solutions more scalable and AI-based.
