Job summary

EPAM Systems is seeking an experienced Salesforce Technical Architect to act as the technical authority for a multi-cloud environment spanning Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, and Experience Cloud. You will triage backlog, migrate legacy customizations, and guide the strategic roadmap.

You will own data and security models, integrations, and code reviews, mentor teams, and present architecture decisions to executives. Strong English and prior vendor-transition experience are required.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of hands-on Salesforce experience, including architecture roles across Sales, Service, and Experience Cloud.
• Proven experience owning and prioritizing an existing backlog of enhancements/defects.
• Experience with vendor transitions or managed services takeovers, including technical due diligence under limited documentation.

Responsibilities

Job description

We are seeking an experienced Salesforce Technical Architect to serve as the technical authority for a multi-cloud environment spanning Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, and Experience Cloud.
