Job summary

Avenue Code is seeking a Salesforce Solution Architect to lead the technical vision for complex Salesforce implementations in Argentina. You will own end-to-end solution design, connecting Salesforce with the broader enterprise through scalable integrations and strong data governance.

You will be the technical reference for squads and align architecture with business and product stakeholders, shaping decisions for long-term scalability and secure environments.

Qualifications

• Salesforce architecture certification (Application Architect, System Architect or Certified Technical Architect).
• Proven experience designing end-to-end Salesforce architectures for complex deployments.
• Strong integration architecture knowledge (REST/SOAP, webhooks, event-driven patterns).
• Solid Salesforce data architecture, security/sharing models, and enterprise architecture principles.
• Deep knowledge of Salesforce development, governance and best practices.
• Hands-on experience in complex and/or multi-org Salesforce environments.
• Ability to act as a technical reference and guide development teams.
• Strong communication skills with diverse stakeholders.

About The Opportunity

You will be the go-to technical reference for development squads and a trusted partner to business and product stakeholders, shaping decisions that impact long-term scalability and sustainability, including in multi-org environments.

Responsibilities

• Lead the end-to-end architecture of Salesforce solutions, from discovery through implementation.
• Translate business and technical requirements into scalable, secure architectures aligned with Salesforce best practices.
• Define integration strategies between Salesforce and external systems, choosing the right patterns across APIs, middleware, events, and data flows.

• Evaluate technical alternatives, weighing impact, risks, costs, maintainability, and future evolution.
• Support discovery, estimations, scope definition, and solution design for new opportunities.
• Partner with business, product, development, and technical teams throughout the project lifecycle.
• Document architecture standards, decisions, and technical guidelines to strengthen governance and knowledge sharing.
• Monitor solution evolution and drive continuous improvement of the Salesforce architecture.

Required Qualifications

• Salesforce architecture certification, such as Application Architect, System Architect, or Certified Technical Architect.
• Proven experience as a Salesforce Architect designing complex, end-to-end solutions.
• Strong knowledge of integration architecture, including REST/SOAP APIs, webhooks, event-driven patterns, and middleware platforms such as MuleSoft, Boomi, or similar.
• Solid understanding of Salesforce data architecture, security and sharing models, and enterprise architecture principles.
• Deep knowledge of Salesforce development, governance, and architecture best practices.
• Hands‑on experience working in complex and/or multi-org Salesforce environments.
• Ability to act as a technical reference, guiding development teams and supporting architectural decision-making.
• Strong communication skills to work with diverse stakeholders and translate requirements into technical solutions.

Nice-to-Have Skills

• Experience across multiple Salesforce Clouds, such as Sales, Service, Experience, Marketing, or Data Cloud.
• Background in pre-sales or consulting environments, supporting solution proposals and estimations.
• Familiarity with Salesforce DevOps practices and tools.
• Exposure to Agentforce or AI capabilities within the Salesforce ecosystem.
