Job summary

Coforge is hiring a Salesforce QA Analyst to join our hybrid team in Peru. You will analyze requirements, design tests and execute manual and automated tests for Salesforce Sales Cloud and Service Cloud, ensuring high quality releases. Strong knowledge of Salesforce, UAT and CI/CD practices is essential.

The role requires 3+ years of experience, proficiency in English, and collaboration with developers, BAs and PMs to deliver robust software solutions.

Qualifications

• Strong knowledge of the Salesforce platform including Sales Cloud, Service Cloud and Data Loader.
• Experience with functional, regression, integration and UAT testing.
• Proficiency in test automation tools such as Selenium or similar.
• Familiarity with Agile, Scrum, Waterfall and DevOps methodologies.
• Excellent defect management, troubleshooting and analytical skills.

Responsibilities

• Analyze Salesforce requirements, user stories and specifications to define testing scope.
• Create detailed test plans, cases and scenarios covering functional edge cases.
• Execute manual and automated testing including functional, regression, performance and UAT.
• Identify, document and track defects with clear actionable information.
• Perform regression and impact testing after system changes.
• Develop and maintain automated test scripts to improve coverage.
