Job summary

Allegro MicroSystems is seeking a Salesforce Developer in Argentina to design, build, and maintain custom Salesforce solutions. The role centers on Apex and Lightning Web Components within a Manufacturing Cloud-based org, collaborating with admins, analysts, and business stakeholders in a hybrid schedule.

With 3–5 years of hands-on Salesforce experience, you will ensure high-quality code, robust testing, and adherence to CI/CD processes.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years hands-on Salesforce development experience.
• Proficiency in Apex, Lightning Web Components (LWC), and SOQL/SOSL.
• Salesforce Platform Developer I certification (required).
• Experience building REST/SOAP integrations with Salesforce and external systems.
• Experience with Git-based version control and CI/CD deployment tools.
• Solid understanding of Salesforce data model, security model, and governor limits.
• Professional working proficiency in English.
• Based in Argentina and able to work a hybrid schedule from a local office.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain custom functionality using Apex and LWC; maintain legacy Visualforce when present.
• Write efficient SOQL/SOSL and optimize for large data volumes with good test coverage.
• Develop with tests and ensure code quality and adherence to Salesforce best practices.
• Contribute to technical design decisions and participate in release pipelines using Git-based workflows.
• Collaborate with admins, analysts, and stakeholders; document technical designs and configurations.
• Triage Salesforce support in Jira; manage user provisioning and data corrections.
