You will design scalable solutions with declarative tools and own clicks-not-code strategy for a secure, upgrade-friendly Salesforce instance.

You will collaborate with sales, support, and marketing to translate requirements, build automated flows, and maintain thorough documentation.

Formación

• 3+ years of hands-on Salesforce Admin/Platform App Builder experience.
• Deep expertise in Salesforce Flow, debugging, and variable management.
• Strong data modeling, security, and sharing configuration knowledge.
• Experience using Jira to manage development stories and deployments.

Responsabilidades

• Declarative development: design, build, and maintain complex flows to automate processes.
• Customize Lightning Experience using App Builder, Dynamic Forms, and Dynamic Actions.
• Implement formulas, validation rules, and approval processes for data integrity.
• Collaborate with sales, support, and marketing to translate requirements.
• Evaluate when to use Apex/LWC vs. clicks-not-code strategy.
• Maintain technical documentation of customizations and data dictionaries.
• Manage security model, data hygiene, and deployment lifecycles.
