Modelit is seeking a Salesforce Developer (with Admin & Declarative Skills) to join our team. You will configure, develop, and integrate Salesforce solutions for clients, combining declarative configuration with Apex development.

Formación

• Proven experience as Salesforce Administrator and Developer.
• Hands-on Apex (classes, triggers) and Platform Events.
• Strong troubleshooting across configuration and code.
• Proficient in Salesforce declarative tools and development.
• Excellent English communication.
• Able to work independently and meet deadlines.

Responsabilidades

• Configure and customize Salesforce objects, fields, page layouts, and automation (Flows, Approval Processes, Validation Rules, etc.).
• Develop custom Apex classes, triggers, and API integrations.
• Design and implement event-driven solutions using Platform Events for real-time integrations and process automation.
• Perform data imports/exports, deduplication, validation, and create actionable reports and dashboards.
• Troubleshoot and resolve Salesforce issues, monitor system health, and proactively suggest improvements.
• Maintain clear documentation for configurations, customizations, and integrations.
• Collaborate with internal teams and clients to define requirements, explain solutions, and provide training.
• Stay current on Salesforce releases and recommend enhancements to improve client environments.

We’re looking for someone proactive, detail-oriented, adaptable, technically skilled, and comfortable working directly with clients in a fast-paced, project-focused environment.

Requirements

• Proven skills in Salesforce declarative tools and development.

• Excellent communication skills in English.

• Ability to work independently and manage tasks within deadlines.

Nice to Have

• Salesforce certifications (Administrator, Platform App Builder, Platform Developer I or higher).

• Familiarity with Agile methodologies and tools like Jira.
