At Modelit, we’re looking for a Salesforce Developer (with Admin & Declarative Skills)- skilled in both declarative configuration and custom development - to join our team!
We’re looking for someone proactive, detail-oriented, adaptable, technically skilled, and comfortable working directly with clients in a fast-paced, project-focused environment.
Configure and customize Salesforce objects, fields, page layouts, and automation (Flows, Approval Processes, Validation Rules, etc.).
Develop custom Apex classes, triggers, and API integrations.
Design and implement event-driven solutions using Platform Events for real-time integrations and process automation.
Perform data imports/exports, deduplication, validation, and create actionable reports and dashboards.
Troubleshoot and resolve Salesforce issues, monitor system health, and proactively suggest improvements.
Maintain clear documentation for configurations, customizations, and integrations.
Collaborate with internal teams and clients to define requirements, explain solutions, and provide training.
Stay current on Salesforce releases and recommend enhancements to improve client environments.
Proven experience as both a Salesforce Administrator and Developer.
Strong hands-on experience with Apex (classes, triggers) and Platform Events.
Solid troubleshooting and debugging skills across both configuration and code.
Proven skills in Salesforce declarative tools and development.
Excellent communication skills in English.
Ability to work independently and manage tasks within deadlines.
Salesforce certifications (Administrator, Platform App Builder, Platform Developer I or higher).
Familiarity with Agile methodologies and tools like Jira.
