Job summary

The Ritz-Carlton Yacht Collection is seeking a Salesforce Marketing Cloud Administrator to lead platform governance, data management, and integrations with Salesforce CRM. You will partner with marketing to implement Campaigns across Email, Mobile, and Automation Studio, while ensuring data hygiene and regulatory compliance.

Based in Argentina, the role will start remotely with plans to establish a co-working space in CABA, Buenos Aires, as operations evolve.

Qualifications

• 5–7 years of dedicated Salesforce Marketing Cloud administration experience.
• Active Salesforce Marketing Cloud Administrator Certification preferred.
• Proficient in Automation Studio, Journey Builder, SQL, AMPscript and HTML/CSS.

Responsibilities

• Platform Administration: user provisioning, roles, permissions, BU setup, security.
• Data Management: manage Data Extensions, attribute groups, data relationships; write SQL.
• System Integration: monitor Marketing Cloud Connect data flow with Salesforce.
• Campaign Support: configure Journey Builder, Email Studio, Automation Studio, Mobile Studio.
• Troubleshooting: resolve automation failures, deliverability, data sync issues.
• Governance: enforce data hygiene, naming conventions, compliance incl. CAN-SPAM, GDPR.
• Release Management: track Salesforce releases and assess impact.

Position: Salesforce Marketing Cloud Administrator

Location: CABA, Buenos Aires, Argentina. Candidate must be within local travel distance to Buenos Aires, Argentina. The role will begin as remote until we find a co-working space in CABA, Buenos Aires.

Key Responsibilities

• Platform Administration: Manage administrative functions including user provisioning, role and permission configuration, business unit setup, and security settings.
• Data Management: Architect and maintain Data Extensions, attribute groups, and data relationships within Contact Builder. Write and optimize SQL queries to segment audiences and automate data imports/exports.
• System Integration: Monitor and maintain Marketing Cloud Connect to ensure seamless data flow and synchronization between Salesforce CRM (Sales/Service Cloud) and Marketing Cloud.
• Campaign Support & Configuration: Assist the marketing team with the technical configuration of Journey Builder, Email Studio, Automation Studio, and Mobile Studio.
• Troubleshooting & Support: Act as the first line of defense for platform issues, troubleshooting failed automations, email deliverability issues, and data sync errors.
• Governance & Compliance: Enforce best practices for data hygiene, folder organization, and naming conventions. Ensure compliance with CAN-SPAM, GDPR, CCPA, and other email privacy regulations.
• Release Management: Stay current with Salesforce releases, assessing how new features and updates will impact the current environment and recommending platform enhancements.

Required Qualifications

Experience: 5–7 years of dedicated experience administering Salesforce Marketing Cloud.

Certifications: Active Salesforce Marketing Cloud Administrator Certification (Marketing Cloud Email Specialist or Marketing Cloud Consultant is a strong plus).

Technical Skills:

• Proficiency in Automation Studio and Journey Builder.
• Strong working knowledge of SQL for complex data segmentation.
• Familiarity with AMPscript for dynamic content personalization.
• Understanding of basic HTML/CSS for email template troubleshooting.

Ecosystem Knowledge: Solid understanding of how Marketing Cloud interacts with core Salesforce clouds via Marketing Cloud Connect.

Soft Skills: Excellent problem-solving abilities, strong communication skills, and the ability to translate marketing requirements into technical solutions.

Preferred Qualifications

Experience with additional SFMC modules (e.g., Mobile Studio, Advertising Studio, Interaction Studio/Personalization). Familiarity with API integrations (REST/SOAP) within the Salesforce ecosystem.
