SQUIRE is seeking a Salesforce Administrator to join our Technology & Operations team in a hybrid Buenos Aires setting. This contract role (6–9 months) focuses on triaging GTM help requests, configuring Salesforce, and delivering clean data with reliable reporting to support revenue growth.

Responsibilities include user management, security, automation with Flows, and building dashboards. The role requires 2–4 years of Salesforce experience, ADM 201, and on-site presence in Buenos Aires two days

Formación

• 2–4 years of Salesforce administration experience in a high-growth environment.
• Salesforce Administrator Certification (ADM 201) required.
• Experience working in a ticket- or queue-based support model (e.g., Jira, Zendesk).
• Strong customer-service orientation: responsive, clear communicator, comfortable managing stakeholder expectations.
• Strong knowledge of Salesforce data model, security, and automation tools (Flows preferred).
• Skilled at building reports and dashboards that drive actionable insights.
• Ability to partner with stakeholders, gather requirements, and deliver effective solutions.
• Strong written and verbal English communication skills.
• Must be based in Buenos Aires.
• Availability to work on-site in our office in CABA two days a week (Tuesdays and Thursdays).

Responsabilidades

• Triage inbound help requests from stakeholders as your primary function: assess priority, scope effort, communicate status, and resolve issues within defined SLAs
• Serve as a front-line support resource for Sales, Onboarding, Customer Success, and Support teams on Salesforce questions, bugs, and access issues
• Administer and configure Salesforce (user management, permissions, roles, profiles, sharing rules)
• Build and maintain custom objects, fields, page layouts, validation rules, and workflows
• Create reports and dashboards to deliver insights for teams
• Partner with business stakeholders to translate requirements into scalable Salesforce solutions
• Ensure data accuracy and integrity through audits, deduplication, and governance best practices
• Support integrations between Salesforce and GTM tools (Planhat, Marketo, Salesloft, Customer.io)
• Test and roll out new Salesforce features, ensuring adoption across the organization
