Job

We are looking for a skilled Salesforce Administrator to join our team. You will be responsible for the day-to-day configuration, support, maintenance, and improvement of our Salesforce platform to ensure it meets business needs and supports our growth.

Profile

• 3–5 years of proven experience as a Salesforce Administrator
• Strong understanding of Salesforce configuration, automation (Flows, Process Builder), and reporting
• Experience with data management tools (Data Loader, Data Import Wizard)
• Familiarity with Salesforce integrations and AppExchange tools
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills
• Ability to work independently and collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams

Your Role

• Perform regular system configuration, customization, and data management
• Create and maintain reports, dashboards, and workflows
• Ensure data quality through regular audits, deduplication, and cleansing
• Support integrations with other systems and applications
• Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and implement solutions
• Monitor Salesforce releases and apply best practices for new features
• Provide user training and support to maximize adoption
