The job proposal

Aerolab is a boutique brand and product design agency that has, for over a decade, created tailor-made digital products for industry leaders and rising startups in the US. We’re looking for an experienced SDR to own our outbound strategy: designing and executing thoughtful, high-impact outreach, managing our network with care, and making it effortless for our founders and directors to engage.

This is a strategic, behind‑the‑scenes role working closely with leadership to keep our network active and convert long-term connections into new engagements. You’ll be more focused on building systems, methods, and research rather than client-facing outreach. It’s perfect if you love designing outreach methodologies, testing networking strategies, and bringing structure to nurture relationships.

What you’ll do
  • Design personalized outreach campaigns targeting high-fit companies and individual C‑level contacts in our close network. You’ll write and send a few highly-tailored messages per week rather than mass outreach.

  • Draft, schedule, and execute outreach on behalf of founders or directors, including ghostwriting messages they can send directly or you can send with permission.

  • Research and monitor known prospects, keeping up with job changes, company news, and funding rounds to identify the right moments to engage.

  • Maintain CRM and outreach tracking, log interactions, schedule follow-ups, and ensure relationship notes and triggers are always up to date.

  • Pre-qualify inbound interest, identify high-potential leads, and coordinate follow-through with our leadership.

  • Develop systems and methodology for networking and outreach, introducing new tools and AI-driven approaches that make our process smarter and more scalable.

  • Report weekly on key metrics: messages sent, response rates, meetings scheduled, pipeline movement.

  • Collaborate with leadership and marketing to align messaging with product launches, content, or industry themes.


What we expect from you

We’re looking for someone who can hit the ground running:

  • 2+ years of experience in outreach, sales development, network development, or business development. Preferably in a design studio, agency, or B2B services environment.

  • Exceptional English written communication skills and ability to craft concise, engaging messages for our busy executives.

  • Strong research skills and commercial awareness.

  • Proficiency with CRM tools (preferably HubSpot), LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Apollo, Crunchbase and sales engagement platforms.

  • Highly organized and detail-oriented, able to manage multiple conversation threads and follow-up schedules.

  • Autonomous and proactive. We expect you to be able to bring your own toolbox, suggest improvements, and drive strategy.

  • Comfortable analyzing data and spotting patterns to improve outreach effectiveness.

  • Interest in applying AI tools to outreach and research processes.

  • It’s nice to have if you are familiar with service design, digital product development, or startup ecosystems.
