Responsibilities
  • Engage with customers to understand their needs and provide excellent service.
  • Promote and sell Nambe products, demonstrating their unique features and benefits.
  • Maintain product displays and ensure they are well-stocked and visually appealing.
  • Process sales transactions accurately and efficiently using the POS system.
  • Provide product knowledge and expertise to customers through in-depth conversations and consultations.
  • Build and maintain lasting relationships with customers to encourage repeat business.
  • Collaborate with team members to achieve store sales targets and individual performance goals.
  • High school diploma or equivalent; additional education in sales or marketing is a plus.
  • Proven experience in retail sales, preferably in a home goods or design environment.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with customers.
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
  • Detail-oriented with excellent organizational skills to manage stock and displays.
  • Flexibility to work various shifts, including evenings and weekends.
