Xometry in Buenos Aires is seeking a Sales Operations Data Analyst to build and analyze dashboards that inform sales strategy. You will partner with sales leadership, turning data into actionable insights and driving reporting standards to improve effectiveness.

You will need a quantitative degree, 3+ years in data or business analysis, strong SQL and Looker skills (LookML), and the ability to explain complex findings to non-technical stakeholders. Data cleansing experience is a plus.

Formación

• Bachelor's degree in a quantitative field is required.
• 3+ years of experience as a Data Analyst or Business Analyst, preferably with sales analytics.
• Advanced in SQL and Looker (LookML).
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail.
• Ability to communicate complex findings to non-technical stakeholders.
• Experience with data cleansing is a plus.

Responsabilidades

• Create, analyze, and distribute reports and dashboards for Sales.
• Create ad-hoc reports and analysis as needed.
• Address data reporting inaccuracies and troubleshoot issues.
• Help build, maintain, and optimize analytic models.
• Follow and improve reporting best practices.
• Transform data into actionable insights and visualize with Looker.
