Job summary

Chevron Global Business Services (GBS) in Buenos Aires, Argentina, is seeking a Release Train Engineer to govern the end-to-end release lifecycle across SAP ECC and S/4HANA environments. You will collaborate with SAP, Development, BASIS, QA and business stakeholders to drive delivery excellence and continuous improvement across the ERP landscape.

The role requires 5+ years in Agile program delivery or ERP leadership, strong SAFe/Agile/Lean knowledge, and experience with Jira or Azure DevOps.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree or equivalent in IT, CS, engineering, or related field.
5+ years of experience in Agile Program Delivery, Release Train Engineering, ERP programs or related leadership roles.
Experience with large SAP environments (ECC/S/4HANA) and ERP transformations.
Solid knowledge of SAFe, Agile, Lean and enterprise delivery methodologies.
Proven ability to coordinate multi-team planning and stakeholder alignment.

Responsibilities

Serve as the primary servant leader for the ERP Agile Release Train (ART) across SAP and ERP teams.
Facilitate PI Planning and ensure alignment of priorities, dependencies and commitments.
Coordinate cross-functional collaboration among SAP, development, BASIS, QA, security, and product management.
Lead ART ceremonies: Syncs, Scrum of Scrums, System Demos, Inspect & Adapt.
Monitor delivery progress against PI objectives and milestones.
Identify, mitigate and communicate program risks and impediments.
Drive transparency with metrics, dashboards, and leadership reporting.
Promote Agile/SAFe practices and continuous improvement across the ART.
Support governance to align execution with business priorities and strategy.
Coordinate SAP ECC to S/4HANA migrations and ERP modernization efforts.
