Chevron Global Business Services (GBS) in Buenos Aires, Argentina, is seeking a Release Train Engineer to govern end-to-end release lifecycles across SAP ECC and S/4HANA, ensuring planning, execution, and deployment of releases while minimizing business disruption.

The RTE will lead ART ceremonies, PI planning, risk management, and cross-functional coordination across SAP, development, BASIS, QA, and security, driving continuous improvement and alignment with enterprise objectives.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in IT, CS, business, engineering, or related field.
• 5+ years in Agile program delivery, release train engineering, ERP program management or related leadership.
• Experience with SAP ECC and/or S/4HANA environments.
• Strong knowledge of SAFe, Lean and enterprise delivery methodologies.
• Experience facilitating multi-team planning and stakeholder alignment.

Responsabilités

• Serve as the primary servant leader and facilitator for the ERP Agile Release Train (ART).
• Facilitate PI Planning activities ensuring priorities and dependencies are aligned.
• Coordinate cross-functional collaboration among SAP teams, Development, BASIS, QA, Security, and Architecture.
• Lead ART ceremonies: ART Syncs, Scrum of Scrums, System Demos, and Inspect & Adapt.
• Monitor delivery progress against PI objectives, milestones, and roadmaps.
• Identify and mitigate program-level risks and impediments.
• Drive transparency with metrics, dashboards, and reporting to leadership.
• Promote Agile, Lean, SAFe practices and continuous improvement.
• Support governance aligning execution with business priorities and strategy.
• Coordinate SAP ECC to S/4HANA migration programs and modernization efforts.
• Facilitate retrospectives and lessons-learned to improve delivery.
