Telos Media is seeking a Data Migration Lead to drive end-to-end migration planning and execution for a global client. You will coordinate cross-functional teams, define migration approaches and controls, and manage risks to ensure a smooth transition to the target system.

Requirements include leadership in large-scale data migration programs, experience with ERP migrations (pref. S/4HANA), and strong English communication skills for interviews and day-to-day work in a UTC timezone.

Formación

• Proven leadership in data migration projects at scale.
• Deep knowledge of extract/transform/load and data cleansing.
• Experience coordinating cross-functional teams across multiple workstreams.
• Familiarity with S/4HANA or ERP migrations preferred.
• English proficiency for interviews and daily work.
• UTC timezone availability for work hours.

Responsabilidades

• Lead the end-to-end planning and execution of data migration activities.
• Ensure data is accurate, complete, and ready for use in the target system.
• Coordinate cross-functional migration teams across workstreams.
• Define the data migration approach, methodology and quality controls.
• Identify, assess and manage migration risks and issues.
• Ensure a smooth and reliable transition with minimal disruption.
• Report migration status and progress to senior stakeholders.
