Job summary

Telos Media is seeking a Data Migration Lead to guide a critical migration program for a global client in the automotive sector. You will plan end-to-end activities, coordinate cross-functional teams, and define the migration approach to ensure a smooth transition to the target system.

You will work in UTC hours (9:00–17:00) with English throughout interviews and daily work. The role emphasizes risk management, data accuracy, and reporting progress to senior stakeholders.

Qualifications

• Proven experience as a Data Migration Lead or Team Lead in large-scale enterprise programs.
• Strong knowledge of data migration methodology: extraction, transformation, cleansing, validation and loading.
• Experience coordinating cross-functional teams across multiple workstreams.
• Ability to define migration controls and risk management strategies; experience with ERP migrations (S/4HANA preferred).
• Intermediate to advanced English; interviews and daily work conducted in English.
• Availability to work in UTC timezone (9:00 AM – 5:00 PM).
