Telos Media is seeking a Data Migration Lead to coordinate end-to-end planning and execution of a critical migration for a global automotive client. This 100% remote, full-time role operates on UTC hours with interviews conducted in English.

You will lead cross-functional teams across workstreams, define the migration approach and controls, manage risks, and report progress to senior stakeholders to ensure a smooth transition to the target system.

Formación

• Proven experience leading data migration programs in large enterprises.
• Knowledge of data extraction, transformation, cleansing, validation and loading.
• Experience coordinating cross-functional teams across workstreams.
• Ability to design migration controls and risk management strategies.
• Experience with S/4HANA or similar ERP migration programs preferred.
• English fluency for interviews and daily work.

Responsabilidades

• Lead end-to-end planning and execution of data migration activities.
• Ensure data is accurate, complete, and ready for the target system.
• Coordinate cross-functional migration teams across workstreams.
• Define migration approach, methodology, and quality controls.
• Identify, assess, and manage migration risks and issues.
• Report migration status to senior stakeholders.
