Job summary

Fletcher Jones is seeking a Data Migration Lead to drive end-to-end planning and execution of large-scale migration initiatives for a global client in the automotive sector. You will coordinate cross-functional teams and define controls to ensure accurate, complete data transfer to the target system.

Excellent English communication is required, with interviews conducted in English and availability to work in UTC time. This is a 100% remote, full-time role with international scope.

Qualifications

• Proven experience as a Data Migration Lead or Team Lead in large-scale enterprise programs.
• Strong knowledge of data migration methodology: extraction, transformation, cleansing, validation and loading.
• Experience coordinating cross-functional teams across multiple workstreams.
• Ability to define migration controls and risk management strategies.
• Experience working in S/4HANA or similar ERP migration programs (preferred).
• Intermediate to advanced English; interviews and daily work conducted in English.
