JPMorgan Chase seeks a Governance Associate in Risk Management & Compliance to help oversee governance across risk programs and new products. The role supports North America governance and coordinates with diverse stakeholders to ensure transparency and continuous improvement.

You will contribute to governance frameworks, prepare regulatory responses, and help automate reporting processes within a dynamic, global team.

Formación

• Strong written and verbal communication to present topics to senior stakeholders.
• Experience with governance, risk, compliance, or audit controls.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word and PowerPoint; familiarity with AI concepts.

Responsabilidades

• Support governance of risk management operating models and New Product Assessment programs.
• Maintain governance documents and train stakeholders as needed.
• Engage with firmwide governance forums and reporting teams.
• Manage New Product Assessment reporting and seek automation opportunities.
• Provide admin support for assessments and track timely completion.
• Contribute to enhancement initiatives for governance programs.
• Assist in North America legal entity risk governance activities.
• Prepare responses to regulatory requests and board materials.
• Present risk governance materials for meetings and forums.
• Participate in projects impacting North America risk management.
