Position Overview

This position reports directly to the South Hub RGM Senior Director and works closely with local Coca-Cola and bottlers teams. The RGM Senior Manager will lead the revenue growth management (RGM) agenda across Argentina and Uruguay operations. The scope includes developing price and portfolio strategies, mix management initiatives, and promotional optimization capabilities, translating Global/Latam guidelines into tangible local initiatives.

Function Related Activities/Key Responsibilities

  1. Develop and lead revenue growth acceleration across Argentina and Uruguay.
  2. Lead all price-related agendas with local operations, from setting the overall price strategy to tracking price execution and compliance.
  3. Lead all portfolio and mix management agendas, from setting the overall strategy to tracking execution and evolution.
  4. Develop promotional optimization capabilities to maximize the efficacy and efficiency of promotional activities.

Qualifications and Education Requirements

  1. Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Business, Statistics, Engineering, or related field; Master’s degree preferred.
  2. At least 6 years of work experience in related positions, with a minimum of 3 years in leadership roles.
  3. Experience in RGM is highly recommended but not mandatory; experience with data analytics, pricing, business planning, and project management is essential.
  4. Experience in sales, finance, trade marketing, and marketing is a strong plus.
  5. Excellent relationship-building skills, strategic leadership, and the ability to influence outcomes without formal authority, including in senior management environments.
