PUMA is seeking a logistics/operations co-ordinator in Pilar, Argentina to manage order fulfillment, reporting and stock availability. You will coordinate with logistics for events tied to launches, monitor fill rates, and produce weekly inventory reports. Strong Excel and English skills are essential, with 3–5 years in similar roles.

Formación

• Degrees in business administration, marketing, or related fields.
• 3–5 years of experience in similar roles.
• Strong project planning and communication skills.
• Advanced Excel skills required.
• Advanced English proficiency required.

Responsabilidades

• Track orders: manage delivery and in-store replenishment of products.
• Ensure information is sent to planning for reporting (order status).
• Coordinate with logistics for special events and launch dates.
• Monitor fill rate and compare units released by allocator with in-store deliveries.
• Provide weekly inventory and replenishment reports by channel (FOC, FPS, ecomm).
• Oversee daily prep progress vs. generation and inventory projections.
