GPM Investments, LLC is hiring Sales Associates to be the heart of the store. You’ll greet customers, manage the register, and ensure clean, safe premises both inside and outside the shop. You’ll handle diverse tasks from stocking to cross-training in deli, while providing friendly, efficient service.

The role offers flexible full-time and part-time schedules, with weekly pay and opportunities for advancement. Must be able to work weekends and holidays and pass a background check.

Formación

• Experience in retail or customer service is preferred.
• Must read, write, speak, and understand English effectively.
• Basic math skills for sales and transactions.
• Physical ability to lift up to 50 lbs and stand for long periods.
• Pre-employment drug screen and background check required.

Responsabilidades

• Greet customers and run the register with accuracy and speed.
• Master lottery, cigarette, and alcohol sales with compliance.
• Upsell customers to increase sales.
• Keep store clean inside and out, including restrooms and lot.
• Stock shelves and maintain displays.
• Follow safety procedures and be a team player.
