Goodwill Industries of New Mexico is seeking a Retail Associate to help customers, process donations, stock the floor, and operate the cash register. The role supports the organization’s mission to provide training, job placement and social services.

Responsibilities include maintaining a clean store, pricing donations, assisting customers, and promoting sales through displays. A friendly attitude and reliable attendance are essential for success.

Formación

• High School Diploma or GED preferred.
• One-year retail work experience or equivalent combination of education and experience preferred.
• Ability to pass a criminal background check and drug test.

Responsabilidades

• Assist customers and support donors; process donations and price items.
• Stock the sales floor and manage displays; operate the cash register and accept payments.
• Maintain store cleanliness and organization; ensure donations are recorded and secured.
• Set up displays to promote merchandise; honor store policies and procedures.
• Attend staff meetings and follow safety policies.
