About the Market

Argentina presents significant growth opportunities in the agricultural sector. Yara has set ambitious targets to become the leading crop nutrition company, considering the fertilizer market in the region is approximately 298 KT. By joining our team, you and your colleagues will be key contributors to the success of Yara's local value chain, building excellent relationships with our commercial organization, partners, and customers.

Responsibilities
  • Attend to, accompany, and commercially manage existing accounts in the region, committed to technical market development and positioning premium products in strategic crops.
  • Search for new customers according to the company's and market zone's %MS target, with opportunities in strategic markets.
  • Gather market information, including competitor analysis, key influencers, and new trends.
  • Coordinate the execution of actions with the development and innovation area to fulfill the business plan.
  • Prepare and track the monthly sales forecast, aligned with the business plan.
  • Support the development of new business models and digital services.
  • Lead transformation and sustainability projects with key clients, aligned with the company's ambition.
Gestión HESQ

Know and comply with the company's HESQ policy, principles, guidelines, and standards, based on the Safe by Choice philosophy, as well as applicable legal requirements. Know and comply with other requirements defined in the HESQ Responsibility Matrix associated with your position.

Profile
  • Education: Agricultural Engineering career
  • Work Experience: At least two years of experience in the agro-commercial area, experience in crop nutrition advice in strategic crops for the region, and experience leading market development.
  • Knowledge and Skills: Negotiation, commercial strategy development, solution positioning, crop nutrition knowledge, Microsoft tools, desirable English language skills, good communication, teamwork, customer attention, interpersonal relationships, conflict resolution.
  • Other Requirements: Valid driver's license and availability to travel, residency in the influence zone: Corrientes.

This position is located in Argentina and will report directly to the Commercial Manager North Argentina.
