Veta Virtual is hiring a WordPress Support Developer for its long-term U.S.-based client. You will own the web department from concept to launch, building WordPress sites, guiding design, and optimizing performance. This is a fully remote, 40-hour per week role with LATAM and Europe eligibility.

The ideal candidate has 3–5+ years of WordPress experience, strong UI/UX sensibility, and skills in HTML/CSS/JS, plus experience with tracking and CRO. Collaboration with non-technical teams is essential.

Formación

• 3–5+ years of hands-on WordPress experience, including full site builds.
• Strong UI/UX sensibility with mockups and wireframes.
• Proficiency in HTML, CSS, and JavaScript.
• Experience setting up conversion tracking and CRO basics.
• Clear written and verbal English communication with non-technical stakeholders.
• Comfortable with hosting environments and basic server checks.
• Able to work independently in a fast-paced, remote setting.

Responsabilidades

• Build WordPress sites from concept to launch using internal templates.
• Lead design direction with mockups and wireframes.
• Attend client onboarding calls to align brand and goals.
• Set up GTM, Meta Pixel, GA4 tracking for sites.
• Monitor CRO and UI/UX to improve lead generation.
• Handle bugs, layout issues, and content updates.
• Maintain and update existing sites; manage pages and posts.
• Troubleshoot themes, plugins, and performance issues.
• Assist integrations with CRMs and tools (GoHighLevel etc.).
• Perform basic hosting checks and backups; document fixes.
