Veta Virtual is hiring a WordPress Support Developer to own the full lifecycle of client websites, from concept to launch, across a portfolio of live sites.

You will lead design direction, set up conversion tracking, and optimize performance to improve leads while collaborating with non-technical stakeholders. This is a 100% remote, LATAM & Europe friendly role with a US-based client.

Formación

• 3-5+ years of hands-on WordPress experience including full site builds.
• Strong UI/UX design sensibility with ability to create mockups and wireframes.
• Proficiency in HTML, CSS, and JavaScript.
• Experience with setting up conversion tracking and CRO.
• Excellent written and verbal English communication with non-technical stakeholders.

Responsabilidades

• Build complete WordPress websites from concept to launch using internal templates.
• Lead design direction and create design mockups for new site builds.
• Join client onboarding calls to understand brand goals and preferences.
• Set up conversion tracking (GTM, Meta Pixel, GA4) for sites.
• Monitor conversion rates and optimize UI/UX to increase leads.
• Handle support tickets, bug fixes, and content updates.
• Maintain and update existing WordPress sites and pages.
• Troubleshoot themes, plugins, and performance issues.
• Document fixes and processes for internal knowledge base.
