Job summary

Rumzer is seeking a talented Webmaster to own our website’s development, deployment, and ongoing upkeep on a fully remote, part-time basis (80 hours per month). You will build pages in Webflow, maintain site health, and deploy updates with a focus on performance and SEO basics.

The ideal candidate has 5+ years as a Webmaster, at least 2 years in Webflow, and fluent English. Spanish or German speakers are preferred. Join a small, supportive team and make a meaningful impact from anywhere.

• At least 5 years of professional experience as a Webmaster, with a minimum of 2 years working extensively in Webflow.
• Fluent English; Spanish or German skills are a plus.

• Flexible & Remote: This is a fully remote, part-time position (80 hours per month), giving you the flexibility to work from anywhere while making a significant impact.
• End-to-End Ownership: You will be the go-to expert for our digital presence, building out new pages in Webflow, maintaining site health, and deploying updates seamlessly.
• SEO Fundamentals: You will implement basic SEO strategies to ensure our site not only looks great but is easily discoverable.

• Experience: At least 5 years of professional experience as a Webmaster, with a minimum of 2 years working extensively in Webflow.
• Startup Ready: A positive, self-motivated attitude with the ability to successfully navigate and thrive in a fast-paced, evolving startup environment.
