Rumzer is seeking a talented Webflow Developer and Webmaster to own the website’s development, deployment, and upkeep in a fully remote, part-time role. You will drive end-to-end ownership of our digital presence from building pages in Webflow to maintaining site health and deploying updates.

You will implement basic SEO to improve discoverability while collaborating with a small, energetic team in a startup environment. Fluent English is required, with additional languages welcome.

Formación

• At least 5 years of professional experience as a Webmaster with Webflow experience.
• Fluent in English; Spanish or German a plus.
• Independent thinker and self-motivated in a startup context.

Responsabilidades

• End-to-end ownership of the website including development, deployment, and upkeep.
• Build out new pages in Webflow and maintain site health.
• Deploy updates and implement basic SEO for discoverability.

About the Role

• Flexible & Remote: This is a fully remote, part-time position (80 hours per month), giving you the flexibility to work from anywhere while making a significant impact.
• End-to-End Ownership: You will be the go-to expert for our digital presence, building out new pages in Webflow, maintaining site health, and deploying updates seamlessly.
• SEO Fundamentals: You will implement basic SEO strategies to ensure our site not only looks great but is easily discoverable.

What We Are Looking For

• Experience: At least 5 years of professional experience as a Webmaster, with a minimum of 2 years working extensively in Webflow.
• Startup Ready: A positive, self-motivated attitude with the ability to successfully navigate and thrive in a fast-paced, evolving startup environment.
• Language: Fluent English is required. If you also speak Spanish or German, please let us know in your application, as bilingual candidates will receive preferential treatment!
