Job summary

Rumzer is seeking a talented Webflow Developer & Webmaster for a fully remote, part-time role (80 hours/month). You’ll own the website from design to deployment, building pages in Webflow, keeping the site healthy, and rolling out updates. Flexible startup environment with scope to influence the online presence.

The ideal candidate has 5+ years as a Webmaster, 2+ years in Webflow, and fluent English; Spanish or German skills are a plus. Remote work from anywhere is supported.

About the Role

• Flexible & Remote: This is a fully remote, part-time position (80 hours per month), giving you the flexibility to work from anywhere while making a significant impact.
• End-to-End Ownership: You will be the go-to expert for our digital presence, building out new pages in Webflow, maintaining site health, and deploying updates seamlessly.
• SEO Fundamentals: You will implement basic SEO strategies to ensure our site not only looks great but is easily discoverable.

What We Are Looking For

• Experience: At least 5 years of professional experience as a Webmaster, with a minimum of 2 years working extensively in Webflow.
• Startup Ready: A positive, self-motivated attitude with the ability to successfully navigate and thrive in a fast-paced, evolving startup environment.
• Language: Fluent English is required. If you also speak Spanish or German, please let us know in your application, as bilingual candidates will receive preferential treatment!
