Job summary

Rumzer.Com is seeking a skilled Webflow Developer & Webmaster for a fully remote, part-time role (80 hours per month). You will own the website from development to deployment, keep it healthy, and push updates while applying basic SEO.

Fluency in English is required; knowledge of Spanish or German is a plus. Ideal candidates have 5+ years as a Webmaster and at least 2 years in Webflow, thrive in a fast-paced startup, and enjoy shaping an online presence for a growing brand.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of professional experience as a Webmaster.
• minimum 2 years working extensively in Webflow.
• Fluent English is required; Spanish or German Skills are a plus for prioritization.

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end web presence: build pages in Webflow and deploy updates.
• Maintain site health and performance; monitor issues and fix them.

About the Role:

• Flexible & Remote: This is a fully remote, part-time position (80 hours per month), giving you the flexibility to work from anywhere while making a significant impact.
• End-to-End Ownership: You will be the go-to expert for our digital presence, building out new pages in Webflow, maintaining site health, and deploying updates seamlessly.
• SEO Fundamentals: You will implement basic SEO strategies to ensure our site not only looks great but is easily discoverable.

What We Are Looking For:

• Experience: At least 5 years of professional experience as a Webmaster, with a minimum of 2 years working extensively in Webflow.
• Startup Ready: A positive, self-motivated attitude with the ability to successfully navigate and thrive in a fast-paced, evolving startup environment.
